USA Shooting announced that Kelly Reisdorf has been named Chief Executive Officer of USA Shooting, continuing her leadership role of the organization. This decision was made by the USA Shooting Board of Directors.

The organization said that as interim CEO, Reisdorf has “significantly enhanced USA Shooting’s operational and financial stability through her unique blend of nonprofit expertise and business acumen.”

Reisdorf was given the interim CEO position this past March.

The decision to give Reisdorf the permanent CEO position recognizes her achievements over the past few months, as well as their confidence in her leadership going forward.

“Kelly’s straightforward leadership style, results-oriented management approach and fresh perspective have raised the performance and optimism of our organization, athletes and community,” the Chairman of the USA Shooting Board of Directors, Jim Mitchell, said. “Her elevation to CEO recognizes her accomplishments to date and reflects our confidence in her continued success in transforming the organization and representing USA Shooting on the national and international stage.”

“I’m honored to continue as CEO of USA Shooting. We have a strong foundation, and I am committed to further elevating our team and athletes,” Residorf said. “Our focus is on continuous improvement and excellence, particularly in preparing our athletes for the highest levels of competition, and ensuring we uphold the standards valued by our shooting sports community and the US Olympic and Paralympic movement.”
