The National Rifle Association of America annually participates in four major international smallbore prone postal matches fired between English speaking nations, the Dewar Trophy International Trophy, the Wakefield Trophy, and the Drew Trophy Matches, sponsored by the National Smallbore Rifle Association of Great Britain, and the Randle Trophy sponsored by the National Rifle Association of America.
The Dewar and the Randle shoot a Dewar Course of fire, 40 shots with 20 fired at 50 and 20 shots at 100 yards on the targets of the host country. The Dewar is a 20-person team while the Randle is comprised of ten women. The Wakefield and the Drew Trophy are each a 60 shot event fired on international targets. There are ten members on the Wakefield Team and ten juniors, arranged in three teams—a trio of women, a trio of men, and all ten members, for the Drew Trophy.
