New from SIG Sauer is the CROSS-PRS, the first rifle the company has built specifically for precision long-range competition.

Befitting a purpose-built precision rifle, the SIG CROSS-PRS includes a free-floating 24-inch stainless-steel heavy contour 5R barrel fitted to a one-piece aluminum receiver. As for the steel frame, it sports a fully adjustable folding stock and two-piece free-floating M-Lok handguard, which is equipped with a steel Arca rail for attaching bipods.

Weight is 14.2 pounds and overall length is 44.5 inches.

 

More features include a two-stage match-grade trigger, adjustable from 2.5 to 4.5 pounds, forward angle PRS-style grip, thumb rest selector and ambidextrous paddle magazine release.

Available chambered in 6.5 mm Creedmoor and .308 Win., the SIG Sauer CROSS-PRS ships with one polymer AICS-pattern magazine and is optimized for use with the SIG SLH Suppressors and SIERRA6BDX riflescopes.
