Savage Arms recently launched the 110 Magpul Scout, a new rifle featuring an updated iron sight system, full-length extended Picatinny rail and Magpul Hunter Stock.

The new rifle sports a Magpul Hunter Stock with aluminum bedding block and fully adjustable length of pull from 13 to 15 inches.

 

The new Savage Arms 110 Magpul Scout sports a 16½-inch matte-black button-rifled barrel made from carbon steel and equipped with a muzzle brake, factory blueprinted action, removable rear peep sights, fully adjustable front sight post for elevation (with standard AR-15-style front sight posts) and M-LOK slots on the fore-end sides and the bottom for multiple mounting options. In addition, the aforementioned Magpul Hunter Stock has an aluminum bedding block, and provides length of pull adjustment from 13 to 15 inches.

Regarding Magpul’s rifle stocks, Savage mentioned they are “well-known for exceptional grip that produces rapid and accurate target acquisition. The 110 Magpul Scout and its Magpul Hunter Stock with aluminum bedding block provides the user with consistent and long-lasting performance across shooting conditions.”

Rounding out the Savage 110 Magpul Scout is company’s AccuTrigger, which is user-adjustable from 1½ to four pounds, along with a three-position tang-mounted safety.

Available in Black and Flat Dark Earth colors and right- or left-hand configurations, the Savage 110 Magpul Scout has 12 models sporting different barrel twist rates in the following calibers: .308 Winchester, 6.5 mm Creedmoor and .450 Bushmaster.

A 10-round AICS-style detachable box magazine is included with purchase of the Savage Arms 110 Magpul Scout (four rounds for .450 Bushmaster).
