MDT’s new Training Shot Timer will save your shooting data, and partners with the MDT Training app that can record video including live stats for sharing on social media. The app can also create virtual shooting stages for a unique training experience.

MDT said its new Training Shot Timer ($299.95) allows you to “take your shooting skills to the next level.”

 

The MDT Training Shot Timer sports a weather-resistant design and a two-piece magnetic backing with a belt clip. MDT said it is easy to remove from your clothes or gear to swap between preset training drills. The internal battery, which can last for weeks on a single charge, is recharged wirelessly or via the included USB-C charging cable.

Another feature is adjustable sensitivity, which allows the new MDT Training Shot Timer to be used with a wide variety of firearms and calibers, as well as dry-fire practice and suppressors.

The MDT Training Shot Timer has a 1.3 x 2.2-inch screen with 400 x 240-pixel screen resolution.

 

You can use the MDT Training Shot Timer and companion app to track your progression. By watching video of your shooting drills with live stats, you can see where you need to make improvements in your shooting technique.

The MDT Training companion app is available now for iOS and Android devices.
