With a score of 2396-171X, Kim Rowe of Wadsworth, Ohio, is the 2023 NRA High Power Rifle Mid-Range National Champion.
For her victory, Rowe received Patriot Minuteman Championship plaque, a gold-tone National Championship Medallion and a $200 check from the NRA.
The 2023 NRA National High Power Rifle Mid-Range Championship was held July 16-21 at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. This year marks the third consecutive year that the NRA National Matches have been held at Camp Atterbury, an active Indiana National Guard base located about 37 miles south of Indianapolis. Ruger is the Presenting Sponsor of the 2023 NRA National Matches at Camp Atterbury.
Coming in second place at the Mid-Range Nationals was Larry Sollars with 2396-167X, which was four down in the X count from the match winner Kim Rowe.
Rounding out the top three competitors at the 2023 NRA National High Power Rifle Mid-Range Championship at Camp Atterbury was Joseph F. Bakies with a score of 2396-166X, only one X behind the runner-up, Larry Sollars.
All of the top three competitors at the championship are classified as High Master shooters in the Mid-Range discipline.
There were 33 total entries at the 2023 NRA National High Power Rifle Mid-Range Championship at Camp Atterbury.
Next at the NRA National Matches at Camp Atterbury is the High Power Rifle Long-Range Championship from July 23-28, along with the Smallbore 3-Position Championship from July 25-29.
