Kenda Lenseigne won the Overall National Champion Cowgirl title for the sixth time at the 2019 Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association National Championship, with the help of her mare, Sparky. The competition was held in April in Tunica, MO. Lenseigne won with a winning time of 66.4 seconds, beating 239 of 241 competitors at the event.
Lenseigne competed with her Kenda Lenseigne Signature Series Smokechaser holster rig. Designed specifically for mounted shooting, the Smokechaser rig helps make drawing and changing guns faster, and also helps shooters clear the saddle horn.
"I'm both thrilled and honored to win this title for a sixth time," said Lenseigne. "It takes dedicated work and countless hours of training, but it's definitely worth it, and having the right gear makes all the difference. The performance and reliability of my Bianchi equipment enables me to stay one hundred percent focused on hitting my targets."
Additionally, Lenseigne and Sparky achieved the fastest times in both the Eliminator and Double Down finals.
"We can't say enough of how proud we are to have her as a Bianchi team member," says Scott Carnahan, vice president for Safariland Duty Gear.
