
Team SIG professional shooter Daniel Horner captured first place in Tactical division at the 2025 Superstition Mountain Mystery Three-Gun match in Mesa, Arizona, March 14-16.
The victory adds to Horner’s historic achievements in three-gun competition with the MCX-SPEAR LT rifle, following his team gold at the IPSC World Shoot and championship title at Multi-Gun Nationals in 2024.
He finished the match with a final score of 534.76.
“The Superstition Mountain Match draws the best three-gun competitors from around the world, and this competition was a grind down to the very last shot. I went from stage to stage focusing on mindset and knowing that I could depend on my equipment to perform with accuracy and precision,” Horner said.
At the 2025 Superstition Mountain Mystery Three-Gun match, Horner competed through 11 stages equipped with his MCX-SPEAR LT rifle and TANGO6T riflescope, SIG P320-DH3 pistol using iron sights, SIG Sauer Match Elite competition ammunition, KILO10K GEN II rangefinding binoculars and ZULU6 stabilizing binoculars.
