The dust has long settled since SHOT Show 2024 held in Las Vegas, Nevada, this past January, and the clock is already ticking for next year’s show. But, there were several solid guns from some of your favorite firearm companies that their debut at SHOT Show this year. Below we’ve compiled seven of the best rifles from SHOT Show 2024, including models from Benelli, Browning, Hammerli Arms, LWRCI, Smith & Wesson and Winchester.

Smith & Wesson Model 1854

Smith & Wesson Model 1854 Lever-Action Rifle. Built with 19¼-inch barrels and chambered in .44 Rem. Mag. with 9+1 capacity, the Model 1854 lever-action’s base model has a paired synthetic black and stainless-steel finish across the stock, receiver, fore-end and barrel.

Winchester ranger

Browning X-Bolt 2 Target Competition Lite

This updated X-Bolt rifle includes a revised full-diameter target receiver, DLX target trigger set at the factory at 2½ pounds, spiral-fluted bolt, 20-MOA Picatinny rail, adjustable composite stock and a beefy, tunable competition muzzle brake. To help meet NRL Production class weight requirements, this rifle is fitted with a 24-inch stainless steel and carbon-fiber barrel from Preferred Barrels. Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed LR

Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed LR. Browning’s new X-Bolt 2 Speed LR bolt-action rifle incorporates the lightweight Vari-Tech composite stock with three-way adjustment and a new, thicker ¼-inch Inflex recoil pad. Suppressor-ready, the new X-Bolt 2 Speed LR has a fluted, sporter contour barrel that is two inches longer than the standard barrel, muzzle brake, a spiral-fluted bolt with extended bolt handle, aluminum Picatinny rail and a DLX trigger. Hammerli Force B1

Hammerli Arms Force B1. The Force B1 rimfire is a straight-pull action rifle that features a quick-change barrel system, which is toolless and can transition between barrel lengths and calibers from .22 Long Rifle to .22 WMR. As for the straight-pull action, it is a biathlon-style mechanism that emits minimal noise when manipulated. LWRCI IC-9 Pistol-Caliber Carbine. This new pistol-caliber carbine from LWRCI chambered for 9 mm sports an innovative operating system and is designed to use Glock 9 mm magazines. The LWRCI IC-9 is an AR-15-based PCC with what LWRCI calls “chamber-ring-delayed blowback” operation. More features include a 12-inch M-Lok-compatible fore-end, enhanced fire-control group, ambidextrous controls, multi-position stock and the company’s Ultra Combat grip. Besides Black, available colors (with upcharge) are Flat Dark Earth, Olive Drab Green, Patriot Brown and Tungsten Grey. Benelli Lupo HPR

Benelli Lupo HPR Bolt-Action Rifle. Benelli’s new Lupo HPR bolt-action is a hybrid hunting and target rifle that will be of interest to long-range shooters. Competitors will appreciate features such as a heavy-contour barrel, straight-line fluting and three-port muzzle brake. The machined-in rail across the hardened steel receiver’s top allows shooters to mount optics without the need for base rails. A newly designed stock system allows for customization with shims to augment the cast and drop of the buttstock, along with two length-of-pull spacers, adjustable eight-position cheekpiece and M-Lok slots. In addition, the company’s BE.S.T. cryogenic treatment is included. Available chambered in 6.5 PRC, 6.5 mm Creedmoor, .338 Lapua Mag., .300 PRC, .300 Win. Mag. and .308 Win.
