
The Amateur Trapshooting Association’s 45th Southern Satellite Grand will be held at the Silver Dollar Shooters Club in sunny Odessa, Florida, on March 9-16, 2025.
Scheduled to begin on Sunday, March 9, this year’s tournament will kick off with Event 1, the Preliminary Singles contest. The ATA Southern Grand will conclude on Sunday, March 16, headlined by the final competition—Event 15, the Winchester Handicap Championship.

There will be a total of 15 numbered events at the 2025 ATA Southern Grand trapshooting tournament, culminating in the High Over All and All Around titles. Trophies will be awarded to the Southern Grand High Over All and High All Around shooters in each class and category.
“The Silver Dollar Shooters Club is widely recognized as one of the premier shooting venues in the nation, offering a wonderful trapshooting experience,” Amateur Trapshooting Association President David Rhoads said. “Get a head start on spring shooting, enjoy some great competition and compete for ATA trophies and All-American points.”
The Amateur Trapshooting Association has a full slate of Satellite Grand competitions in 2025, with eight remaining on the schedule.
Upcoming matches include the 21st Annual Empire Satellite Grand in New York (May 7-11), the 37th Annual Great Lakes Satellite Grand in Michigan Trapshooting (May 20-25), the 37th Annual Western Satellite Grand at Vernal Rod and Gun Club (May 27 to June 1), the 18th Annual Heartland Satellite Grand at Stockdale Gun Club (August 18-24), the 40th Annual Northeastern Satellite Grand in New York (September 3-7), the 47th Annual Southwestern Satellite Grand in Kansas (September 8-14), the 27th Annual Dixie Satellite Grand in North Carolina (October 7-12) and the 22nd Annual Autumn Satellite Grand at Tucson Trap and Skeet Club (November 10-16).
Finally, the 126th Grand American World Trapshooting Championships will be held at the World Shooting and Recreational Complex in Sparta, Illinois, from July 30 to August 9, 2025.
