The new Rascal Minimalist from Savage Arms mimics the lines and laminate stock of its big brother stablemate, the Minimalist, yet retains the same features and compact size that made the Rascal a top choice for teaching juniors marksmanship and gun safety skills.

Savage’s Rascal is built on a micro rimfire action, with a 11.5-inch length-of-pull. Similar to the rest of the Rascal family, the Rascal Minimalist is a single-shot rifle that cocks by lifting the bolt. It unloads without the need to pull the trigger. Additionally, the design includes some features usually found on full-size rifles, including Savage’s user-adjustable AccuTrigger system and a threaded (1/2-28), 16.125-inch long barrel.

Two versions of the Rascal Minimalist are available, one with purple/pink colors and the other teal/gray. Both models will MSRP at $279. Earplugs and firearm locks are included with purchase.
