For decades, Winchester Ammunition has been a sponsor of Amateur Trapshooting Association (ATA) events, providing ammo like their iconic “AA” and “Super-Target” shotshells and other support. This year, Winchester will continue to support the ATA with their sponsorship of the Grand American (pictured above) and AIM Grand Youth Championships.

The 2018 Grand American World Trapshooting Championships will be held August 1-11 at the World Shooting and Recreational Complex (WSRC) in Sparta, IL. The Winchester AA Class Singles event will be held August 6, and the Winchester Super 500 Singles is a competition spanning all of the singles events during preliminary week (August 1-5).

Additionally, Winchester is a big supporter of the ATA’s AIM youth program and the 2018 AIM National Youth Trapshooting Championships. Both will be conducted in July at the WSRC in Illinois, just before the Grand. Winchester sponsors Event 4—the AIM Grand National Youth Handicap Championship. They will also be hosting a pizza party for all participants to enjoy on July 30.
